Accumulating points from multiple cards is now possible, thanks to the new online system. When you have acquired 200 points, you are entitled to a FREE day skiing in the Portes du Soleil.
You can only redeem your free day skiing online. Please select 1 day Portes du Soleil, choose your day, add to your basket and the system will automatically propose to use your points. All that is left to do is ski........

If you would like to benefit from your Soleil points and ski for FREE. You will need to log in to your account, add 1 day Portes du Soleil ski pass to your basket, continue to the payment page, you will then be asked if you would like to use your points. Click YES and continue to the confirmation.
When I earn 200 Soleils, I must use them within 3 winter seasons of the current winter season.
For example : I have 200 Soleils or more on 13/03/2020, they must be used no later than winter 2022/2023.
Balances of under 200 Soleils will be retained for a maximum duration of 3 years to enable you to earn more than 200 Soleils.
If my account remains inactive for 3 years (no ski pass purchases or Soleils redeemed), it will be automatically discontinued and the Soleils on the account will be definitely lost
YES ! Children under 5 years old now need a skipass to use all the chair lifts. The ski pass is free but the hands free is obligatory and costs €3.
Proof of age must be provided (passport).
When you buy this ski pass you may occur a 24 hour delay before it becomes active.
We propose a youth pass, for people between 16 to 25 years old, upon presentation of proof of age
Yes, "Snow Risk" insurance, is €3.50 per person per day.
The duration of insurance needs to be the same duration as your lift pass.

Available online and at all lift pass offices.
Photos are required for lift passes of 8 days and over, including season passes.
Your ski passes will arrive 8 days before your first day of ski.

The "Hands Free" lift pass is a smart media card, of credit card size with a high-performance chip, it gives you access to the ski lifts with greater comfort and speed thanks to the chip which can be read remotely, whilst still in your pocket and automatically activates the turnstile. Be careful, the card cannot be kept next to a mobile phone, credit card or other "hands free" lift pass.
The "Hands Free" lift pass is 3.00 €, which is not refundable but may be topped up over several years to accumulate your sunshine points.
The WTP number is a unique individual code that is listed at the bottom of your "hands free" lift pass. If the number is not legable, come and see us at the ticket office.
It consists of a series of 8 characters-3 characters-3 characters.
Please note there is never the letter "O" only the number "0".
Please note you do not enter "WTP" just the code that follows.
yes, all "Hands free" lift passes with a WTP number are rechargeable.
Online, only payment by credit card is accepted.
At Pleney or Nyon ticket offices, we accept cash, credit cards, cheques in euros (with a proof of identity) and chèques vacances.
